Summer Architecture
The New Jersey School of Architecture began the Summer Architecture Program in 2001 to introduce high school students to the study of architecture under NJSOA faculty and to the college experience at NJIT.

This program is available to rising high school sophomores, juniors and seniors with a strong interest in architecture and design. Taught in a professional, state-of-the-art learning environment, the program offers day-and-a-half sessions in June and July, and weeklong sessions in July. Accommodations are provided on the NJIT campus.

Acceptance into the program is based on academic standing and space availability. Students should have a minimum combined Verbal and Math score of 1060. If the SAT has not been taken, then PSAT or class rank will apply.

To date, hundreds of students have participated from across the United States, including CA, CT, MD, FL, IN, NJ, NY, VA, OH, PA, TX, VT, and WA.
