Summer Exploration Program

The College of Architecture and Design Summer Exploration Program introduces exceptional high school sophomores, juniors and seniors to the study of architecture as a major in a professional, state-of-the-art learning environment. Students can choose from two unique experiences.  The day and a half sessions include an overnight stay in our newest residence halls.

Summer in Siena

The Siena Program is offered through the College of Architecture and Design with the University of Siena. It is open to architecture and Honors College students. The five-to-six week program usually runs from mid-July to August. Information on this year's program is available through the Office of International Students and Faculty or the College of Architecture and Design.

Course Offerings Two elective courses are offered: History and Theory of InfraStructures, and Graphics Course Centered On Production of an Analytical Sketch Book . Three studios also are offered to undergraduate and graduate students with advanced standings: studios 5, 6 and 7.
